Counselling offered in 3 languages- English, Hindi and Marathi.
As a counsellor, I am
trauma informed,
operate from an anti-oppressive framework, take a strength based and person- centered approach.

I use tools and techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my counselling practice.​ ​
I primarily work with Immigrants -individuals and couples. ​
